Overview

We focus on two areas: improving the company's ability to integrate across boundaries, and improving leadership and management processes that may be underdeveloped as the result of barriers to cohesion. After assessing a client's unique situation, we will help it develop and implement a strategy for leadership and integration. We provide new perspectives and procedures to improve management and team methods and to integrate them across boundaries. We do this by coaching, facilitating and providing recommendations to leaders, managers and teams. We also expand competence through state-of-the-art coaching and training in leadership, team collaboration, intercultural communication, critical thinking and change management.

Skills

We help people to learn how to lead, communicate, collaborate, solve problems and take initiative.

Intercultural effectiveness: Our skills training programs include intercultural training workshops for executive teams, expatriates, project team members and other individuals and groups. These workshops provide critical tools for crossing boundaries.

However, most cross-boundary barriers are caused and sustained not primarily by differences between groups or cultures but rather, by how differences are managed. Therefore, leadership solutions play a critical role in improving cross-boundary integration, cohesion and collaboration.
