Adam Blossfield leads Clarke’s finance organization, aligning financial strategy and capital allocation with the company’s mission, values, and guiding principles. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Clarke’s Advisory Board, he partners across the business to support sound decision-making and sustainable, long-term growth. His scope spans accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and the finance operations supporting Clarke’s domestic and international entities.
Adam brings more than 15 years of financial leadership across complex manufacturing and life sciences organizations. He drives enterprise value through disciplined capital allocation, acquisition integration, and scalable financial infrastructure. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Asahi Kasei Bioprocess America, where he drove significant organic growth, integrated multiple acquisitions, and transformed enterprise-wide systems and analytics. Earlier, he served as Director of Finance and Accounting at Gold Eagle, and during his time at KPMG advised private equity investors and lenders across mid- and large-market transactions.
Adam holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Iraq before entering the profession.
Adam and his wife live in St. Charles with their three children and a rescue pit bull. Outside of work, he enjoys grilling, fishing, classic cars, and the Chicago Bears.
