Strike® formulations from Central Life Sciences are designed to break the life cycle of midges and filter flies to prevent future generations from developing into adults at water treatment facilities. Strike products are ideal for facilities experiencing chironomid midges in various stages and areas of the wastewater treatment process. Each Strike® larvicide formulation contains (S)-methoprene, an insect growth regulator (IGR) that stops midges, filter flies and mosquitoes from becoming breeding, biting adults.
