Jim Stewart

Jim Stewart serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Clarke, effective 2024.

In 2006, Jim first joined Clarke as an Applications Manager after nearly a decade of building experience in the technical consultant sector. He has since advanced through a series of positions, including serving as Director Information and Systems Strategy, dedicated to progressing the company’s internal systems and overarching technology strategy. Today, he is responsible for all of Clarke’s I.T. and Applications systems. His leadership extends to strategic initiatives such as cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and system migration to Azure. Under Jim’s guidance, Clarke’s I.T. team has successfully executed complex projects, including upgrading internal process systems and implementing innovative solutions for the organization’s sales, operations, and manufacturing teams – contributing to the company’s ongoing success and growth.

As a forward-thinking leader, he remains committed to staying abreast of the latest tools and technologies, ensuring that the company leverages applications as a competitive advantage.

Jim earned a Higher National Certificate from the Bell College of Technology and a Scottish National Certificate from Motherwell College in Computer Data Processing. He completed the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education program as well as a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
