Keep Up-to-Date with Your Mosquito and Aquatic Services

The Clarke Customer Portal provides service and account information to our mosquito and aquatic service customers while also serving as the online Resident Hotline for registering for pre-treatment notifications and reporting standing water or nuisance mosquito activity.

Whether you receive mosquito control or aquatic management services as a direct Clarke customer, or live in a community where Clarke provides night-time mosquito control treatments, keep up with your updates through the Clarke Customer Portal.

Log-in to or Register for the Clarke Portal

On the portal, you can:

  • Sign up for and manage advance treatment notifications via email or text
  • Report standing water and nuisance mosquito activity
  • Request services, reschedule appointments and contact our Customer Care team
  • Access the details of your past treatments and scheduled services
  • Download reports on completed treatment
  • View invoices online and contact us with billing questions
