Mike Gaither

Mike Gaither is a seasoned operations leader in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Vice President, Supply Chain at Clarke, effective 2024.

Mike first joined Clarke as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain in 2019 and oversees all of Clarke’s manufacturing and supply chain operations, where he has implemented strategic improvements to drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality. His leadership philosophy revolves around fostering strong, interdependent teams that consistently exceed goals.

Prior to joining Clarke, Mike spent over two decades gaining experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, including holding director and vice president positions with N.B. Coatings and Fuchs Lubricants Co., where he managed supply chain, engineering, EHS, and manufacturing operations.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned his MBA from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
